With offices strategically located in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, we are well-positioned to take on projects for clients around the world.
About The Role
Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a highly experienced Client Manager to join our Perth team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing operations, business growth, and service delivery within the industrial services sector.
The position requires strong leadership, people management, and commercial acumen with proven experience in contract services and the oil and gas industry.
Key responsibilities include maximising equipment utilisation, managing budgets and cash flow, ensuring compliance, developing proposals, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will bring technical, commercial, and HSE expertise, with a focus on operational excellence and organic business growth.
Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
- Significant people management and contract services experience
- Oil & Gas / Industrial Services industry knowledge
- Business acumen with proven sales and business development capability
- Solid understanding of operations, logistics, HSE, and project management practices
- Advanced Microsoft Office and database skills
- Talent development and conflict resolution skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and service delivery to ensure compliance and excellence
- Maximise equipment utilisation and manage budgets, margins, and cash flow
- Develop and submit competitive proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Drive business growth through sales and client relationship management
- Lead, coach, and develop teams with a strong focus on safety and performance
- Support strategic planning and identify opportunities for organic growth
