We are seeking an enthusiastic NDIS Support Coordinator for a full-time role to ensure the planning and delivery of flexible, integrated, and timely services for NDIS participants. You will leverage your knowledge of both funded and unfunded supports to oversee coordination in alignment with participants' NDIS plans. Our collaborative team upholds Flagstaff's core values and is dedicated to providing a person-centered approach.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Support Coordination role, LAC, NDIS planner, or similar.

  • Minimum Cert IV in Disability or other relevant qualifications.

  • Experience in interpreting and implementing individual NDIS plans.

  • Familiarity with working alongside individuals living with a disability, addressing their communication and cultural needs.

  • Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven experience in record keeping, with a focus on confidentiality and security of information.

  • Willingness to travel between office locations (Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Macarthur).

  • Current driver's license and access to a fully insured vehicle.

  • Ability to manage time effectively, working both autonomously and as part of a team.
