Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
  • Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Care Team Leader.
  • Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
  • Commitment to compassionate nursing.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
  • Minimum 6 months recent aged care experience required (residential or community care).
  • NDIS Check.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • National Police Check must be no older than 6 months.
  • Current influenza vaccination (or valid medical exemption)
  • Must have full working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
