Senior Site Contracts Specialist – FIFO
Join a major resources project as a Senior Site Contracts Administrator on a 2 week on / 1 week off FIFO roster with our global EPCM client.
This is a key site-based role responsible for the administration of construction and services contracts, ensuring compliance, contractor performance, and value delivery across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts in accordance with project requirements and policies
- Manage variations, site instructions, extensions of time and claims
- Liaise with site teams (construction, engineering, HSE, planning)
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely contract closeout
- Provide cost forecasting and reporting for project controls
- Engage in contract negotiations and support claims resolution
About You:
- Strong background in contracts administration on major projects
- Experience in EPCM/EPC environments, preferably in the resources sector
- Tertiary qualifications in law, supply chain, business, or construction management
- Solid understanding of contract law, risk, and performance management
- Proficiency with systems such as Aconex and Unifier highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
