Tutt Bryant Equipment (TBE), part of the larger Tutt Bryant Group, is a National Equipment Distribution organisation with Sales, Parts, Service and Finance operations.

The Parts Manager will be responsible to provide, develop and support all parts related activities across the region. Working with Branch Operations to drive consistency in parts process as well as the implementation of key parts transformational projects.

About the Role:

  • Providing leadership and direction to Parts employees to ensure sales activities align
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales revenue, margins and expense performance to maintain profit goals and initiating corrective action
  • Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective new business
  • Ensure daily orders are placed on time
  • Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
  • Control and reconcile cash sales daily
  • ·Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the department, ensuring stock is readily available without carrying excessive inventory
