The Role

This role will take your career to the next level. By offering an unmatched, client-centric service, you will connect and build lifelong relationships with those you encounter. With detailed, supportive, and contemporary 'on the job' training formats, you'll not only obtain, but master, all the tools required to excel within this highly-rewarding industry

You will assist Nat day to day, facilitating property campaigns from listed through to settlement, building innovative and high quality marketing campaigns. You will have an eye for detail, a passion for innovative marketing, exceptional customer service and be a highly effective and organised individual.

You'll take pride in presenting yourself in a professional manner, and will enjoy using a clear and concise, yet compassionate communication style, to effortlessly establish genuine and valued relationships with clients, and of course, the fast-paced and energetic team. You'll be hard-wired to delicately balance general and specific administrative duties, with plenty of time-management skills a plenty. You'll find pleasure in contributing to smooth administrative operations. 

The Tasks

  • Associated administration for newly listed properties
  • Oversee marketing and advertising components of listings
  • Sales orientated administrative duties
  • Clearly communicate and build rapport with clients
  • General Administration
  • Attend Building Inspections and Valuations
  • Attend Open Homes & Buyer Appointment
