Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant, based in Tasmania, Australia, with partial remote work flexibility. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the leadership team, managing schedules and appointments, and coordinating communications. The role also includes handling real estate documentation, maintaining client records, and assisting with property listings and marketing campaigns. Additionally, the assistant will provide support in event coordination, office management tasks, and relevant correspondence with clients and service providers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scheduling, time management, and general administrative support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
  • Familiarity with real estate processes, documentation, and property management
  • Competence in digital tools such as Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in real estate or related fields is a plus
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or a related discipline would be beneficial
