About the role

As our brand new Warehouse Supervisor at TJM Hobart, you'll play a key role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. From managing inbound and outbound stock to ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time, your organisational and leadership skills will keep everything on track.

You'll be responsible for receiving, allocating, and dispatching stock to support the workshop and sales teams, making sure every order and vehicle build has what it needs to deliver top-quality 4x4 upgrades. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things running like clockwork, this is the role for you

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
  • LF Forklift Licence (required)
  • Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound stock effectively
  • Experience in receiving stock, including unloading deliveries safely
  • Strong organisational skills to handle stock allocation to sales orders and pre-picking for upcoming days and weeks
  • Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders, including the Workshop Controller, to coordinate priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to WHS and safe warehouse practices
