About the role

Mobility4All is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our business, helping customers find the right mobility solutions while providing an exceptional in-store experience.

If you enjoy interacting with people, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in providing excellent service, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll do

  • Assist customers with product selection and answer enquiries in a friendly, professional manner
  • Process sales transactions
  • Maintain a clean, well-organised, and welcoming showroom
  • Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the smooth running of daily store operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • A team player who enjoys helping others and making a positive difference

Requirements

  • Current driver's licence preferred (for occasional errands/deliveries if needed)
  • Police check (required if employed)
  • Working with vulnerable peoples check (required if employed)
  • Physically able to assist with setting up displays and moving stock as required
  • On-the-job training and upskilling included, no prior experience with mobility equipment needed.
