Clancy Motors has been established since the mid 1950's in Bathurst, Clancy's looks after the servicing and Genuine Parts for Ford, Mitsubishi, Kia and Isuzu Ute at our Kelso Dealership.

About the role

This role will deliver superior customer relations with our Service Customers , maintain professional relationships with our internal staff and the Brands representatives we maintain.

Key aspects of the role;

Booking of Customers for repair or warranty work

Liaise with Manufacturers on behalf of customers  for repairs

Receive and check out of customer vehicles for repair and warranty work.

Maintain fluid and professional relationships with internal and external customers.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer focused Individual who has experience working within a team and provides high levels of customer satisfaction, experience within the Automotive Repair Industry is advantageous.
