For a hands-on Marketing and Brand Manager who is responsible for leading and collaborating on all components of the marketing planning, brand development, and messaging. The position will see you liaising with stakeholders for consistent content writing internal and external communication to increase sales.

This role will contribute significantly to the growth, innovation, and solidification of Ausloans Finance Group branding and messaging as a market leader within the Asset Finance sector.

**Your key responsibilities are**:

- Continuous improvement to developing, executing, and organising advertising content in line with campaigns to support company goals
- Organising, executing, and AB testing advertising content and reporting on outcomes.
- Providing clear communication on content needs in line with seasonal sales, product mix, and promotions.
- Leveraging data to plan and develop content for business growth

**Let’s talk about you**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- 8+ years in an end-to-end marketing role with exposure across the full marketing discipline including brand development, brand messaging, strategy, social media and website management, management of customer referral databases, and drafting of print/online media, editorials, and internal/external communications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Digital Advertising/Communications.
- Strong knowledge of the use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva, and MS Office.
- A natural confidence and passion for what you do and the desire to be very hands-on
- we want somebody who lives and breathes marketing in all its forms.
- The ability to work under pressure and possession of strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines.

**Salary**: $56,220.46 - $98,587.22 per year
