About the role

Central coast smash' is seeking a talented and hardworking Car Washer/Detailer to join our team in Gosford, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality car washing and detailing services to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are cleaned to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly washing, drying, and cleaning the exterior of customer vehicles using appropriate cleaning products and techniques
  • Vacuuming, wiping down, and polishing the interior of vehicles to a spotless finish
  • Inspecting vehicles to identify any issues or areas that require additional attention
  • Ensuring all cleaning equipment and tools are well-maintained and stored properly
  • Marking off parts and placing them in their designated area. This requires attention to detail and making sure part numbers are correct
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a car washing or detailing role, preferably within the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Familiarity with various car cleaning products and techniques
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
