New Concepts Manager – Wellness

The Role You Could Play

In this role, you'll own and evolve our Apothecary concept at MECCA Bourke — our living testbed for category growth — translating customer insights, data and creative storytelling into impactful strategies. You'll experiment, refine, and operationalise wellness across MECCA's ecosystem: from MECCA Bourke Street to the store network to online, from brand partnerships to events, creating experiences that surprise, delight and drive results.

• Concept Development – Curating, optimising and elevating our wellness offering (brand mix, merchandising, activations, services).

• Proof of Concept – Designing and running pilots, building hypotheses and business cases, and knowing when to scale or pivot.

• Cross-Functional Magic – Partnering with Marketing, Retail, Brands, CRM and more to embed wellness seamlessly across MECCA.

• Strategic & Commercial Planning – Turning insights into roadmaps that future-proof wellness at MECCA.

• Partner Engagement – Being the go-to for our wellness brand partners, unlocking opportunities and co-creating growth.
