Overview:
Based in Thomastown, as Pricing and Data Lead, you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) leading a small team, reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer.
In this newly created role, you will be accountable for the development, implementation, and governance of data-led pricing strategies that enable sustainable value creation.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead the enterprise-wide pricing strategy that aligns with our growth agenda, brand positioning and channel strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
- Oversee the use of pricing and sales data to unlock margin opportunities and improve decision quality through dashboards, reports and forecasting tools.
- Lead the cross-functional pricing alignment program in conjunction with the ERP rollout, ensuring commercial requirements are embedded in system design.
- Partner with Category, Sales, and Finance teams to support key initiatives including range reviews, price repositions and major customer proposals.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience leading a pricing function in a similar environment, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a systems-oriented mindset, comfortable working across ERP, BI, and pricing.
- Drive ongoing improvements within the function, including automating repetitive tasks, enhancing forecasting algorithms and integrating new data sources.
- Lead and build the team through mentoring and upskilling data analysts and pricing specialists.
