About the Role:

We're looking for a dynamic, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience - Post Sale Representative. This role is all about connecting with our customers after their solar systems have been installed and ensuring they have a seamless, positive experience with their new system.

You'll be the face of RESINC Solar, visiting our customers' homes to assist with system setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring they have everything they need to start using their solar system effectively. Your work will help create raving fans, build strong relationships, and increase customer loyalty for future referrals and positive word-of-mouth.

In addition to your exceptional people skills, you should be IT-savvy enough to assist customers with downloading monitoring apps and connecting their solar systems to home Wi-Fi networks. You'll also help us collect feedback and create great content for our social media and review platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Attend Post-Installation Home Visits: Visit customers after their solar systems have been installed, providing that extra touch of exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with System Setup: Help customers set up their solar monitoring apps and reconnect their systems to our monitoring portals where needed.
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Gather valuable feedback from customers to ensure we continue delivering the best service.
  • Capture Great Content: Take high-quality photos of the installed solar systems for social media and review platforms.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Use your charm and communication skills to connect with customers and make their experience with RESINC Solar memorable.
