We are a well-established plumbing company seeking a motivated and customer-focused Drain Sales Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong plumbing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the drive to deliver the best solutions to our customers.

About the Role

As a Drain Sales Technician, you will:

  • Conduct on-site inspections of blocked, damaged, or faulty drains.
  • Use CCTV tools to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Provide professional advice and prepare quotations for customers.
  • Build trust with clients by clearly explaining repair or replacement options.
  • Support the projects team to ensure smooth delivery of approved work.
  • Drive sales through exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Travel between the Newcastle and Central Coast required

  • Experience in plumbing and drainage systems of a residential home.

  • Sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in clear, simple terms.
  • Full driver's license.
  • A professional, well-presented, and reliable work ethic.
