  • Greeting and assisting customers with service inquiries.
  • Accurately diagnosing vehicle concerns with the help of technicians.
  • Quoting repairs and communicating clearly with customers.
  • Managing repair timelines and keeping customers informed.
  • Liaising between technicians and customers for smooth workflow.
