Our client, a highly respected organisation within the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, integration and governance of technology solutions across a regulated and evolving enterprise landscape.

This senior role is central to ensuring technology platforms support customer centric services, meet regulatory requirements and align with broader business and enterprise architecture strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end to end solution architecture for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, compliance obligations and customer experience priorities.
  • Oversee the integration of core insurance systems, CRM platforms and digital customer channels to enable seamless and secure service delivery.
  • Provide architectural leadership and governance throughout the full project lifecycle (from early stage solution shaping through to delivery and operational handover).
  • Translate complex business, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, senior business stakeholders, delivery leads, and technology teams to ensure consistent architectural direction and value realisation.
  • Ensure all solution designs conform to enterprise architecture frameworks, internal governance processes, and evolving industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level solution architecture, ideally within the insurance sector or another regulated industry (e.g. financial services, healthcare, government).
  • Proven capability in designing and integrating complex technology ecosystems, including insurance platforms, CRM and digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the insurance domain.
  • Ability to deliver robust, scalable solutions that support both business transformation and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working in large scale, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at both technical and executive levels.
