We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess units for the Graduate Diploma of Management.

Location: Brisbane CBD (face-to-face delivery)

Cohort: Adult learners enrolled in the Graduate Diploma of Management


Essential Qualifications

Applicants must hold one of the following:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor), OR
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, OR
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, OR

  • A recognised secondary teaching qualification AND one of:

  • TAESS00011 Assessor Skill Set

  • TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set (or successor)
  • TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set (or successor)
  • A Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training

Industry Requirements

The successful candidate must also:

  • Hold current industry competency, skills and knowledge relevant to, and at least to the level of, the qualification being delivered and/or assessed.
  • Demonstrate participation in ongoing professional development in vocational training, learning, and assessment, including strategies for engaging and supporting VET students.
