The Role: Assistant Sales Leader – Brendale

As our Assistant Sales Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales and performance targets through effective leadership
  • Supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation
  • Managing rosters and daily operations with attention to detail
  • Leading from the front by setting high customer service standards
  • Building a positive, results-driven team culture
  • Creating a retail environment that reflects the energy and spirit of the brand
