Operations & Administration Assistant – Brendale QLD

Part-time | 3–5 days per week | 7:30am – 3:30pm

Ultimate Packaging is seeking a motivated and hands-on
Operations & Administration Assistant
to join our dynamic team at our
Brendale (QLD 4500)
facility.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys getting involved across different areas of the business—from admin tasks to warehousing support. If you're someone who takes initiative, is eager to learn, and doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves when needed, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse

  • Sales order picking and dispatch
  • Purchasing order receipting,
  • Loading/unloading trucks – including container deliveries
  • Booking and managing freight
  • Coordinating dispatch of customer and supplier samples
  • Maintain accuracy of stock / locations
  • Warehouse & Office cleaning/maintenance
  • Value add work related tasks – including process work

Admin

  • Monitoring and reviewing inventory
  • Sales order entry and raising purchase orders
  • Monthly CHEP and LOSCAM reconciliation
  • General administration duties
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • A valid
    Australian driver's licence
  • A current
    forklift licence
    , or willingness to undertake training
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage a variety of tasks
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or admin
