FlameStop Australia is a wholesaler of leading electronic fire detection and evacuation warning systems to installers and maintenance companies in the fire industry.  We have 13 x Distribution Warehouses nationwide and provide quality products to our valued trade customers.  Due to continued growth, we are looking for an extra person to join our team based in Lane Cove West.

The ideal candidate will have a background in wiring and assembling electronic components.  Strong attention to detail is essential and experience with cable wiring/routing and testing.  This is not a design role.  Some of the main duties and responsibilities include:

·       Assembling of electronic boards using hand and power tools;

·       Cable wiring/routing inside cabinets;

·       Testing and troubleshooting;

·       Repairing of electronic parts; and

·       Packing and dispatching of finished systems.

We will provide training on our products to support your growth.  To be successful in this role you must have:

·       Solid problem solving and fault finding skills;

·       Strong attention to detail;

·       Be enthusiastic and motivated;

·       Ability to learn fast and follow instructions; and

·       The ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm at our Lane Cove West office.  There is free parking on site and we are located close to bus stops.  Occasional travel may be required to various sites.
