Job Description:

The QC Chemistry Analyst will focus on the acceptance testing of raw materials and products, as well as chemical testing across various samples. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspection and acceptance testing of raw materials and products.

- Perform sampling and chemical testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, AA, UV, and wet chemistry.

- Update SOPs and test methods as needed.

- Calibrate instruments and maintain standards and controls.

- Participate in process improvement activities.

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with GMP standards.

- Maintain quality records and assist in SOP preparation.

- Support validation protocols for chemistry test methods.

- Monitor environmental conditions and equipment status.

- Uphold safety procedures and waste disposal guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or relevant laboratory experience.

- GMP knowledge and experience ideally pharmaceutical industry.

- Proficiency in maintaining testing records and data entry.

- Work well as part of a team.

- Experience in assay preparation and scientific report writing.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
