Dynamics 365 Architect - Major Transformation Program

We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Architect to play a key role in a multi-year transformation program. This is a chance to step into a high-impact role where your architectural decisions will directly shape the future of enterprise-scale digital platforms.

As part of a multidisciplinary delivery team, you'll provide the technical leadership that ensures solutions built on Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform are robust, scalable, and aligned to the broader architectural vision. You'll be hands-on in guiding integrations, designing customisations, and ensuring the platform is built to perform at enterprise scale.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading solution architecture and integration activities across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Programming in C# for Dynamics 365 development, particularly plugins, custom workflows, and web resources
  • Using JavaScript for client-side scripting in forms and web resources
  • Customising entities, forms, views, charts, and dashboards
  • Configuring business rules, workflows, and business process flows
  • Providing architectural leadership and technical direction to multidisciplinary teams
  • Advising on system architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and best-practice design
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across development practices and governance
What we're looking for
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
  • Proven experience as an Architect, designing and delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics solutions
  • Strong C# development skills for plugins and workflows
  • Proficiency with JavaScript for client-side scripting
  • Experience in system integration within Azure environments
  • Ability to customise and configure Dynamics 365 to meet complex business needs
  • Strong communication skills, able to influence and guide delivery teams
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary environments
Location

We are particularly interested in speaking to Architects based in Brisbane, who will have a slight advantage given the proximity to key stakeholders. However, we are equally open to highly skilled candidates located in Sydney or Melbourne. Hybrid work arrangements are supported, though this is not a remote role.
