Club Operations Manager Duties

The main duties of the Operations Manager shall include but not be limited to:

· Be the point of contact in administrative dealings with Football Queensland, Moreton Bay Regional Council or other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements.

· Lead the strategic direction of the clubs operation to align with the objectives of the Moreton City Excelsior FC management committee.

· Liaise with the Club Registrar and Club Secretary where required in the coordination of the Junior Sign On, in particular with assistance in the sign on process with members and Gateway payment setup in the Squadi registration platform.

· Support the Football department and technical staff with the preparation and distribution of the Academy retention letters and letters of offer to successful Academy trialists each year.

· Manage all incoming accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices are entered into XERO accounting software package in the relevant month

· Ensure that regular bank reconciliations are conducted within XERO and available for presentation to the MCE Treasurer for distribution to the MCE management committee.

· Oversee all registration programs including Five a Side, Football School, School Holiday Clinics and Football Trials.

· Coordinate booking of club facilities with interested parties and grow engagement with local businesses in our community.

· Manage social media outlets and public relations which will include internal and external communications.

· Be available to attend council inspections of both facilities with respect to compliance and maintenance issues and liaise with contractors when requested by President or Maintenance Officer.
