What are we looking for?
We're looking for full-time applicants available for rostered hours within 7.00AM to 6.00PM, Monday to Friday.
We are also open to part time hours, for a minimum of 20 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, during our peak hours of 9.30AM-3.30PM.

The day-to-day
Here's what your day will look like:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with confidence and care.
- Provide tailored solutions to help customers overcome significant hardship and financial challenges.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records and use company software to manage customer cases.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture, where teamwork thrives.

- Can pick up new systems and software with ease.

- Can work independently while contributing to the wider team.
- Has a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
While experience in hardship, collections or financial services is a bonus, it's not essential — we're all about potential and passion
