Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and prepare documents, briefs, court books, and bundles for counsel, experts, mediation, and trials.
  • Draft, proofread, and file various legal letters, court documents, and submissions.
  • Conduct legal, procedural, and case law research to support matters and court proceedings.
  • Communicate with courts, counsel, opposing parties, and third parties as needed.
  • Review, summarise, index, and transcribe evidence, discovered documents and subpoena materials.
  • Attend court for hearings, take notes, appear in minor matters, and perform administrative tasks like searches and discovery assistance.
About You:
  • A law student studying their LLB or JD.
  • Ideally, you have prior paralegal experience and are available to work in the office.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in accordance with instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
