About Casita

Casita is a small, Mediterranean-style wine bar just 100 metres from the beach in Mooloolaba. We specialise in carefully curated wines, shareable tapas plates, and relaxed yet refined hospitality. With a focus on design, atmosphere, and guest experience, Casita is a local favourite and a destination for visitors seeking something special.

We're looking for a hands-on Manager to lead our small team, guide front-of-house operations, and elevate every guest's experience.

The Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role requiring both operational management and direct service skills. You'll be actively involved in day-to-day operations, including FOH service, bartending, and supporting food service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a small FOH team
  • Be hands-on during service, including bar duties and serving tapas plates
  • Manage daily operations, guest experience, and service standards
  • Assist with food prep and plating when required
  • Oversee staff rostering, training, and team culture
  • Promote Casita's wine program and assist guests with wine selections
  • Ensure the bar and dining space reflects Casita's Mediterranean style and hospitality standards

About You
