Cru Bar & Cellar is looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating quality drinks, has a strong interest in wine, and thrives in a premium bar environment.

We're seeking someone with strong technique, great communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. You'll be hands-on with cocktail prep and service, contribute to our seasonal drinks list, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience, especially for guests seated at the bar.

The role includes:

  • 25–30 hours per week
  • Cocktail creation and prep
  • Coffee service
  • Bar setup, cleaning, restocking, and polishing
  • Engaging directly with guests at the bar
  • Adhering to RSA guidelines

  • Bartending experience with confident cocktail skills
  • Friendly, professional front-of-house service
  • Genuine interest in wine and learning more
  • Creative approach and team-focused attitude
  • Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
