This existing Mobility Consulant role has recently become available due to changing needs within our company.

Automobility has established relationships within the mobility industry and disability sector, so the successful applicant will easily transition into this role. Extensive training and onboarding will be provided to ensure a smooth and effective transition into the role.

Automobility is one of the largest manufacturers of wheelchair access vehicles in Australia.

Reporting to our National Sales Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the day to day planning and scheduling of demonstration activities in greater Melbourne and the Southern States including liaising with prospective clients and their families and allied health professionals.

Attendance at expositions and other trade display events would also be involved.

Hours of work will be determined by work schedule but is likely to include some weekend and out of hours work.

The position will include meetings with prospective clients on site but is primary based in Montrose and greater Victoria. Some interstate travel will also be required.

Travelling to appointments will generally be using one of our late model demonstration vehicles so a good driving history is vital.

Applicants must have a strong desire to help people, excellent inter-personal skills, be computer literate and competent with Excel, Word, Outlook etc. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are also a prerequisite.

A background in automotive or mobility industries is also an advantage and genuine compassion and empathy for persons with mobility issues is important.
