About the role:

We have multiple full-time roles available for experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our Civil Construction Team at Wellcamp Business Park.

These roles will see you operate a variety of plant and equipment to support infrastructure, earthworks and development projects within the precinct. You'll work on a diverse range of civil projects from bulk earthworks, quarry operations, roads, drainage, trenching and landscaping, in a supportive and safety-focused environment close to home.

To be considered for these roles, suitable applicants are required to have the following:

  • Current Drivers License
  • Construction White Card
  • RII Plant tickets are essential (loader / excavator / grader / dozer / haul truck / roller / water cart)
  • Civil Plant operation experience including final trim excavation works using CAT / Trimble GPS system
  • HR / HC / MC License advantageous
  • HRW license highly regarded
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a strive for efficiency
  • Understanding and commitment to safe work practices

About Us:

Wellcamp Business Park is a self-sustaining commercial hub supporting industries such as aviation, transport, manufacturing, and construction.

Our Civil team supports the Development team in delivering a variety of projects through works including trench excavation, bulk earthworks, road construction, installations and landscaping.

Our fleet features CAT next gen machines with full suite of current technology and guidance systems.
