CPH Mining & Civil are seeking experienced Casual Scraper Operators to join our projects at both Glencore Newlands and Lake Vermont Coal Mine. These roles support our rehabilitation and civil works programs using our well-maintained fleet of Caterpillar 637 scrapers.

About the roles:

We are seeking operators who can hit the ground running. Work will be undertaken across mine rehabilitation, bulk earthworks, and civil support activities. These roles suit operators looking for flexible casual engagements, competitive pay, and consistent project pipelines.

Locations Available:

· Glencore Newlands Mine – Bowen Basin, QLD

· Lake Vermont Coal Project – Bowen Basin, QLD

What's on offer:

· $63 per hour + Super

· Potential for ongoing work and full-time employment

Requirements:

· Experience operating Caterpillar 637 scrapers (twin-power experience essential)

· RIIMPO312 Scraper Operation competency

· Current Coal Board Medical (QLD Health Assessment)

· Standard 11

· Valid Australian Driver's Licence

· Ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing

· Mine site experience (Mine Site Transcript highly regarded)

· Ability to work autonomously and follow safety procedures
