Maintenance Plumber – Residential | Brisbane / Ipswich / Logan

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and resolve residential maintenance issues: hot-water, leak detection/repairs, blocked drains & stormwater, tapware/toilets, and small gas works (if licensed).
  • Educate customers, explain options, and document neat, transparent job notes/photos.
  • Collaborate with dispatch and teammates to plan ahead, improvise, adapt and overcome—safely and cleanly.
  • Participate in an after-hours roster (fair rotation) with amazing allowances, we provide this as a service to our customers and want you to be rewarded, you pocket all the profit
  • Uphold "The Way We Do It Here": over-communicate, own your work, care & respect, be proud to represent the trade, and think like a teammate.

What you'll bring

  • Cert III Plumbing with current QLD plumbing licence, manual driver's licence, White Card.
  • Solid maintenance experience and customer communication skills.
  • Pride in presentation, tidy workmanship, and safe practices.
  • Initiative: you plan the job, not the other way around.
