Atypical Plumber is seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance plumber to join our team. As a full-time Qualified Plumber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to a range of residential clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable and growing company in the Trades & Services industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing issues, including blocked drains, leaks, gutters and roofing
  • Install and maintain plumbing fixtures and appliances, such as sinks, toilets, dishwashers and hot water units
  • Carry out rough in and fit offs for new homes and/or Renovations
  • Required to attend emergency call outs (when rostered)
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the best plumbing solutions for their needs
  • Comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, and ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained
  • On Call Basis - Rotating Roster

What we're looking for

  • Valid Qualifications in plumbing, with a current plumbing license
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a qualified Maintenance Plumber.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • A commitment to safety and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
  • A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
