Impact Plumbing are currently seeking to engage a full-time employee to join our growing team covering all aspects of Maintenance with clients from North Lakes to Gold Coast and everything between.

We are looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and technical minded plumbers who thrive on a challenge and are ready to grow with us. This is a hands on, full time role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering quality results.

Your Role:

  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on commercial and domestic plumbing systems.
  • Repair leaks, fix blockages, and fixtures with precision.
  • Work on water, gas, and sewer systems for repair, renovations, and alterations.
  • Diagnose issues and deliver effective, cost-saving solutions.
  • Advise clients, meet their needs, and build lasting relationships.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while maintaining impeccable work quality.

What we're looking for

  • Qualified plumber with a current Australian trade certificate (Gas certified? Even better). Backflow & TMV are also preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance plumbing.
  • Sharp diagnostic skills to tackle complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and ready to hit the ground running.
  • Experience with job management software is a bonus.
  • A current driver's licence is essential.
