With continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced sales support professional to work full time.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, booking appointments, and handling correspondence.

- Prepare property marketing materials, including brochures, window cards, signboards, and online listings.

- Coordinate open homes and inspections, including scheduling, key management, and attendee follow-up.

- Assist with database management, CRM updates, and maintaining accurate client records.

- Manage contract documentation, compliance paperwork, and ensure deadlines are met across sales campaigns.

- Liaise with solicitors, buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support smooth transactions from listing to settlement.

- Handle general office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy, professional workspace.

- Support the team in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a polished, efficient experience for buyers and sellers alike.

You:

- Real Estate experience essential

- Certificate of Registration required

- Have strong administration skills with high attention to detail

- Highly organised with excellent time management skills

- Have strong customer service skills and a positive "can do" attitude

- Possess clear communication skills and present professionally

- Enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated
