Are you ready to take the next step in your career? ILS is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Paediatric Equipment Product Specialist to join our team servicing the Greater Sydney region. As a member of our team you will use your clinical skills to support an extensive range of Paediatric Assistive Technology products and provide assistance before, during and after equipment trials. You will work closely with the allied health community to ensure clients achieve the best clinical and functional outcomes.

• Conduct informative equipment trials on the ILS Kids portfolio of products
• Provide expert advice, recommendations, education and support to clinicians, clients and their families.
• Assist prescribers to choose appropriate Paediatric Assistive Technology for clients based on identified clinical and functional needs.
• Deliver, set up, adjust and conduct training on safe use of equipment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Paediatric Allied Health community and clients through exceptional customer service and product expertise.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators to drive growth and business success.

• Industry experience as a Paediatric Assistive Technology Professional (desirable)
• Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist (or other relevant allied health professional) with relevant Paediatric, disability or rehabilitation experience would be an advantage.
• Background in sales or customer-facing roles preferred, with confidence in conducting product trials.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ability to provide education and support to health professionals, clients, and their families, ensuring clear understanding of equipment benefits and applications.
• Empathetic and client-focused approach.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build trusted relationships.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive positive outcomes
• Physically capable and comfortable with manual handling to move and transport equipment for trials and demonstrations.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within your designated territory.
