About you:
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales success by showcasing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Based in Melbourne, this hybrid role offers flexibility, career growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture. You'll collaborate across functions, engage with clients, and contribute to the success of our
Recruitment Division
.
Ideally this role will be based in Melbourne, but we will consider Sydney.
Day-to-day, you will be focused on:
- Buyer Interaction,
conducting discovery processes to address clients' specific needs and translating requirements into system solution presentations. Responding to tender functional requirements. Configuration of software and data sets aligned to the client's specific needs. - Sales product enablement
, including how to conduct discovery of client business and technical requirements, workflow, key metrics and implicated pain. You'll collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing & Product & Engineering, supporting Go-To-Market initiatives such as product releases, launches, mergers & acquisition & strategy. - Digital enablement,
providing technical or industry knowledge to support salespeople and support the buyer's experience through digital assets such as video, product tours, marketing content, webinars and social industry content.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into workable technical solutions, providing a deep level of product knowledge and answering questions during the sales cycle.
Knowledge and experience within a recruitment environment
would be key to success in this role. - Understanding the sales process, overcoming technical & business challenges with a solid appreciation of the sales process and articulating the value our Recruitment solutions bring to an organization.
- Confidently communicating with prospects in person, in writing or video conference - overcoming technical and business process challenges throughout the sales cycle.
- Being a great internal networker, building strategic relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product & Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Success teams where appropriate.
