The Opportunity

We're seeking a switched-on Graduate or Intermediate Accountant who is motivated, proactive, and ready for responsibility. This full-time, in-office role (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm) provides early exposure to diverse clients, continuous on-the-job learning, and mentorship from an experienced team.

The work is challenging and requires someone sharp, resilient, and able to think on their feet.
If you prefer predictable or slower-paced work, this isn't the role for you. For the right person, it offers accelerated development, real client exposure, and genuine career progression.

What You'll Do

·      Prepare and review tax returns (individual, company, trust, partnership, SMSF)

·      Prepare and review Business Activity Statements

·      Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statements, and reporting

·      Communicate confidently with clients and the ATO

·      Attend client meetings and explain complex concepts in plain language

Requirements:

·      Degree in Accounting (required)

·      CA/CPA underway or desire to commence (supported)

·      Desire to pursue Tax Agent Registration (supported)

·      Certified in Xero and ability to learn other software (MYOB, QuickBooks, BGL)
