As the Airport continues to grow, we are seeking an accomplished and commercially astute leader to join the Executive Team as General Manager, Aviation and Commercial.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this pivotal role is responsible for driving passenger and revenue growth across all aeronautical and non-aeronautical business streams. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver commercial excellence, identify opportunities for new routes and partnerships, strengthen existing airline relationships, and optimise every aspect of the Airport's commercial portfolio including terminal leases, car parking and other ground transport.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded professional who combines deep sector knowledge with strategic vision and financial nous. You'll bring a strong understanding of airline dynamics, network and route development, yield management, and the commercial frameworks that underpin sustainable business growth. With a keen sense for market opportunity, you'll lead strategies that position Sunshine Coast Airport competitively across the South East Queensland region, delivering value for partners and the community.
