SIL Disability Support Worker

Casual Support Worker (SIL)
Assured Independent Living Services (AILS) is a registered NDIS provider servicing participants across Sydney.
We are looking for passionate and experienced support workers to join our Blacktown SIL home.
We have morning, afternoon and evening shifts available (evening shifts includes inactive sleepover).
Responsibilities/duties:
· Prepare and cook meals in accordance with meal plans
· Assist with daily personal care needs for the client
· Assist with daily maintenance and upkeep of the home
· Assist with household tasks
· Assist with client engagement with community and social activities
· Assist with medication management
· Maintain daily notes and required reports and documentation
Requirements:
· Certificate in disability/aged care required
· Experience using mobility aids and manual handling
· Current NDIS Worker's Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
· First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
· Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
· Prior experience in NDIS/disability highly regarded
You must be passionate about providing support and have a caring personality. We pay above award wages and hourly rate is commensurate with experience.
