We are recruiting for a Purchasing and Procurement Officer for a Tier One Construction and Infrastructure firm in Western Sydney.

This role would suit a candidate with 1-2 years' experience in a similar role and who has a willingness to develop their skills within the Procurement field.

You will be part of a large, supportive and well tenured team – offering the opportunity to learn from the best in a reputable and well-known organisation

The role

  • Day-to-day management of purchase order requests
  • Support document control functions related to procurement activities
  • Monitoring order status and tracking deliveries
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies
  • Work closely with transactional Accounting team

About you

  • Experience in purchasing, procurement or a related position
  • Experience with large ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a large team environment
  • Full Australian working right (PR/Citizen)
