**What are we looking for?**

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Raising and monitoring purchase orders from creation to delivery
- Ensuring all purchase orders receive prompt confirmation from suppliers
- Checking artwork against client branding guidelines and ensuring all stakeholders have signed off
- Liaising with overseas suppliers to ensure on time arrival of stock
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and freight forwarders
- Ongoing ordering and negotiation with overseas suppliers
- Resolution of any invoice discrepancies
- Accurate data entry, processing, and reporting
- Liaising with logistics teams in prioritising and tracking containers
- Quality management
- Maintaining databases including master item data and supplier information
- Support other departments and perform other ad hoc duties as required

**What are the skills, experience and attributes required to be successful?**
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good analytical skills - ability to challenge and question numbers
- Demonstrated experience in delivering process improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Adaptability, reliability and strong attention to detail
- Able to effectively prioritise and meet deadlines
- Commitment, enthusiasm and a positive mindset
- Good computer literacy
