Our client, a distributor of technology products, consumer electronics, computing and communications devices is looking for an additional Business Support/ Logistics Officer to join their team based in Western Sydney. **As the Logistics Support officer, you will**:

- Provide great Customer Service to internal and external clients
- Be responsible for coordinating and monitoring shipments
- Coordinate with export customers and transport providers
- Enter sales order into Oracle ERP
- Process purchase orders and customer invoices
- Liaise with customers on back order status and delivery schedules
- Manage stakeholder expectations with regards to deadlines and delays
- Prepare weekly inventory and shipment reports
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of container availability, bookings, export orders, freight and despatch documentation
- Ability to maintain relationships with freight (3PL) companies, internal staff, management and vendors

**To be considered you will have**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in logistics administration/ customer service
- Experience with Oracle ERP system is a must
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with a high aptitude for detail
- Great communications skills (written and verbal)
- Be able to work well within a team and also autonomously after training period
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia

**Desirable**:

- Degree in Business or related studies would be an advantage but not essential

**Position location**:5km radius of Silverwater NSW 2128

**Hours of Work**:9:00am to 5:30pm with 1hr break

**Salary**:$68,000k + superannuation
