About the Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Preparing monthly reports, supporting budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Supporting capital expenditure tracking and reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory obligations
  • Driving process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Partnering with managers to help them understand financial performance and cost drivers

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting (CPA or CA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial accounting role
  • Experience in cost accounting will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial systems
  • Advanced Excel and solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
