The Role

Supporting a Partner and a team in General Liability, you will be responsible for all secretarial duties, such as:

  • Opening matters, running conflict checks and organising cost agreements
  • Creating, editing, and formatting documents
  • Liaising with opposing Counsel and managing in Court dates
  • Formatting, editing and collating client and internal documents
  • Assisting with Billing preparation (although minimal as a Billing team manages most)
  • Assist Lawyers in preparing for events
  • General administrative duties

You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years experience as a Legal Secretary in Insurance
  • A desire for longevity in a support position (unfortunately, we cannot consider students for this role)
  • Advanced MS Suite skills
  • Excellent communications skills
