About the Role:
Join CrowdStrike's award winning Falcon Complete Graduate program and launch your career at the forefront of global cybersecurity. As part of the world's largest virtual Security Operations Center (SOC), you'll be trained to defend Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and critical organizations against the most sophisticated cyber threats facing our digital world today.
This exclusive six-month program is your gateway to becoming an elite cybersecurity analyst, working alongside likeminded leading experts who forge the future of threat detection and response on the frontlines. Potential Responsibilities:
Conduct monitoring and analysis of cyber security alerts.
Assist with triage of incoming issues to assess the priority. Investigate alerts and validate the alert is malicious.
Escalate alerts that indicate a potential security incident.
Serve as the first line of contact for customer security requests.
Initiate cases, document activities, and escalate issues to higher-level security analysts per Falcon Complete Standard Operating Procedures.
Handle high pressure situations in a productive and professional manner.
Required Qualifications:
0-2 years of cyber security related experience
Fundamental understanding of information security
Fundamental understanding of sysinternals
Fundamental understanding of network communications
Desire to grow and expand technical and business skills
Postgraduate students, recent graduates or current students graduating by 30 Jan 2026 in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Desirable but not compulsory experience requirements:
Incident Handling: experience conducting or managing cyber incident response for organisations, investigating targeted threats such as the Advanced Persistent Threat, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.
Computer Forensic Analysis: a background using a variety of forensic analysis tools in incident response investigations to determine the extent and scope of compromise.
Systems Administration: an understanding of system internals is required to understand how to implement and execute countermeasures and remediation.
Network Forensic Analysis: knowledge of network protocols, network analysis tools, and ability to perform analysis of associated network logs.
Malware Analysis: ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis to understand the nature of malware
Incident Remediation: strong understanding of targeted attacks and able to create customised tactical and strategic remediation plans for compromised organisations.
Network Operations and Architecture/Engineering: strong understanding of secure network architecture and strong background in performing network operations.
Emerging and Innovative Technologies: understanding of applications and uses of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning in the cyber security domain.
Japanese Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking customers and stakeholders
