The opportunity
As a Graduate Analyst you'll be at the heart of our investment operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of tax data across a diverse range of financial products.
From processing cost base adjustments to preparing annual tax statements, your work will support critical client outcomes and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Process tax-related cases including cost base adjustments and withholding remittances
- Support the year-end taxation project: reconcile income, process transactions, and prepare client tax statements
- Calculate entitlements and notify clients (including JEMI credits)
- Manage fund manager rebate processes, agreements, calculations, reconciliations, and allocations
- Prepare ad hoc reports for external stakeholders
- Investigate and respond to queries from internal and external teams
- Participate in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives
What You'll Bring
- A keen interest in tax, finance, and investment operations
- Knowledge of ASX securities, international assets, bonds, and managed funds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Relevant studies or experience in Taxation or IDPS platforms highly regarded
