Are you a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast paced, high volume environments? We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a busy People & Culture team on a temporary 3 month assignment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and delivering end to end recruitment campaigns, while partnering closely with hiring managers to make sure the right talent is found quickly and effectively.

What you'll be doing
  • Running large scale recruitment campaigns across operational roles.
  • Partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Screening, shortlisting, and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Driving an excellent candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
  • Supporting process improvements and best practice recruitment methods.
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
About you
  • Proven track record in high volume, end to end recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in designing attraction strategies and sourcing hard to find talent.
  • Strong organisational skills - able to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Previous experience recruiting in operational, transport, or safety critical industries will be highly regarded.
