The Company

Inspired by Australia's great people and amazing foodie culture, Chobani USA purchased the Gippsland Dairy brand alongside Chobani, to form Chobani Australia in 2011. Flash forward 14 years and Chobani is Australia's #1 yogurt brand, living in the hearts (and tummies) of fans across the country.

The Opportunity

Are you a seasoned FMCG recruiter who enjoys working independently and gets a buzz out of finding great talent to help a business grow? Looking to join a company that genuinely values its people, community, and purpose?

At Chobani, people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a highly collaborative Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own and drive end-to-end recruitment across the business – from corporate roles through to manufacturing and operations.

In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders, coaching and guiding them to make strong, inclusive hiring decisions while also taking a strategic view on future talent needs. You'll play a key role in shaping our recruitment capability – using AI, technology, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate how we attract and select talent.

Beyond filling roles, you'll draw on your expertise to build strong talent pipelines, support succession planning, and leverage market insights to position Chobani as an employer of choice. You'll also work cross-functionally to shape and roll out our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), helping us attract and retain top talent.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant Talent Acquisition experience in manufacturing/FMCG environments
  • Strong knowledge of best-practice recruitment and attraction strategies
  • A confident coach and influencer, with a passion for inclusive hiring
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Digitally savvy, with an interest in leveraging tech and AI for better hiring
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation

This is the perfect role for a hands-on recruitment pro who knows the FMCG space, has strong networks, and is energised by matching the right people with the right opportunities. You'll make a real impact in a people-first, growth-focused business – all while working alongside a bunch of fun, passionate, and authentic CHO-Peeps who love what they do

You'll be based at our modern Dandenong South office, with the flexibility of a 3/2 hybrid working model, free parking and loads unlimited delicious Chobani yoghurt when you're onsite
